SHIPPING POLICY
Once the order is placed, it is dispatched from our warehouse within 3-4 working days. A confirmation email will be sent once the order is dispatched with the tracking details of the courier. For domestic shipments, please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive and 10-15 working days for international shipments.
Cash on Delivery is only applicable to orders above ₹999/- and below ₹10,000/-. Orders exceeding ₹9,999/- or below ₹1,000/- will automatically be processed as prepaid.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping and the orders are usually shipped and delivered within 5-10 business days from the date of order. A flat fee of $25 is applicable to all international shipments.
Our prices do not include any import duty, VAT and other taxes or duties that may be applicable in the customers country. These taxes or duties will be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery and are to be borne by the customer themselves. We are not associated with these fees.
Each country has different policies for purchases made outside of their country and unfortunately, we cannot forecast or control these fees and how long it takes to clear the package.
RETURN POLICY
At AIZA, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We currently do not offer a refund on any of the products - however, we are happy to provide you with a Store Credit (Valid for 3 Months) based on the following Eligibility Criteria:
Eligibility for Returns/Store Credit:
- If the product is delivered damaged / If there is a mismatch in the product delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation). Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of product delivery with an unboxing video in the event of such a scenario.
- Product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Please note: Our Sale Products and Customised Products DO NOT qualify for any Returns/Store Credit.
- We do not offer any returns/credit notes for international orders.
Process for Returns/Store Credit:
- To initiate the return process based on the above eligibility, please get in touch with us via email on info@aiza-world.com within 7 days of the product delivery.
- In your email, please include a video of the product and reason for return. The same will be reviewed by our team.
- In case you have received a damaged product, an unboxing video is mandatory for exchange.
- If your email meets all the aforementioned criteria, your return will be approved. Please note: We charge a flat 200/- fee for all returns. Once paid, we will schedule your pick-up in 3 working days.
- Once we receive the product and is reviewed by the team, a Store Credit (Valid for 3 months) will be issued within 7 working days.
Disclaimer: We retain the right to reject claims if it does not deem fit based on the eligibility criteria.
